Customer Service Coordinator-Logistics
Location: Onsite in Fife, WA
Pay: $20. 00 hour plus Benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM- Great Early Shift!! No weekends!
- 1 years of customer service, logistics, transportation, warehouse administration, or shipping/receiving experience
- Strong data entry and documentation skills
- Experience handling customer calls, emails, and driver interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a warehouse-support office environment
- Experience with trucking, intermodal, import/export, or inventory management a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
Key Responsibilities
- Create and process shipping and receiving documentation
- Maintain inventory records and appointment logs
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Track and trace domestic and international shipments
- Answer customer, vendor, and driver inquiries
- Verify pickups and deliveries and update system records
- Set up container bookings and process empty container transactions
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and account managers
- Report incidents, claims, accidents, and service failures
- Ensure accurate paperwork before product releases
- Support operations through administrative and clerical duties
