We are hiring an experienced Patient Financial Representative Sr. / Medical Billing Specialist for a full-time onsite opportunity in Irving, TX. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in medical billing, insurance follow-up, claims resolution, account reconciliation, and revenue cycle operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and resolve outstanding patient accounts and balances
• Perform medical billing and insurance follow-up activities
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Communicate with patients and insurance payors regarding account inquiries
• Maintain productivity and quality standards within the Revenue Cycle team
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely account resolution
What We're Looking For:
✔ Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle experience
✔ Healthcare insurance and claims knowledge
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
