We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Processor (Healthcare) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing healthcare claims efficiently while maintaining high accuracy standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Process and adjudicate up to 150 claims per day
- Handle UB & CMS 1500 claims
- Maintain 98% accuracy (financial & statistical)
- Resolve claim pend issues in a timely manner
- Respond to Customer Service & Provider queries
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth workflow
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare claims processing preferred
- Knowledge of UB & CMS 1500 forms
- Strong attention to detail & data entry skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
