As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will install heating and cooling systems for homeowners throughout the Charlotte area while maintaining high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and efficiency. You will work independently or alongside a strong team to complete residential system installations, ensure equipment performance, and represent the company with professionalism in customers' homes.

What You'll Be Doing:
Install residential HVAC systems, including heating and cooling equipment, while ensuring proper system operation, installation quality, and customer satisfaction. Manage installation timelines efficiently, maintain organized job sites, communicate professionally with homeowners, and consistently deliver clean, high-quality workmanship. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and pride in seeing projects completed successfully from start to finish.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Universal or Type II Certification
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Basic HVAC tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Professional communication skills
• Commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceTitan experience
• NATE certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
