Job Title: HVAC Installation Scoper
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm based on seasonality, with occasional weekend support during peak season and an ad hybrid option based on experience
Pay Scale: $60,000-$70,000 salary exempt with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualified candidates

The Installation Scoper will work closely with the Installation Manager, Sales Manager, Comfort Consultants, and Service Team to provide a concise scope of work and detailed plan for each sold installation project.
He or she will be required to utilize completed scoping documents, pictures, information, and measurements to provide a comprehensive list of equipment, materials, parts, tools, and other necessary items to complete the project.
He or she will maintain high-quality work for each project through concise and proper planning and instruction and communicate the plan to the installation teams.
The Scoper will be a part of the completed job review process to identify areas of improvement, callbacks/recalls, or other obstacles that could affect company performance and profitability.
Required Qualifications:
- Available for regular, in-person, job & department-specific training
- 10 years' experience in Residential HVAC
- Excellent computer skills and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team-player
- Professional phone skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and able to work independently and remotely
- Experience with ServiceTitan, CompanyCam, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work off hours during peak season (Apr 15 - Sept 15)
- Problem-solving through research, inquiry, and adaptive measures
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
