About the Role:
Join Varsity Zone HVAC of Charlotte, a fast-growing HVAC company, as a Hybrid HVAC Technician specializing in both Installation and Service. This position combines HVAC service and installation, including diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems throughout the Charlotte, NC area.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to ensure optimal system performance.
- Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all installations and repairs.
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on system maintenance.

Requirements:
