Horn CPA Group is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our small, close-knit team. This client-facing role is an essential part of our office. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming, and positive experience from the moment a client walks through our door or calls our office.

What You'll Do
- Greet clients and provide a friendly, professional first impression
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Communicate with clients in person, by phone, and by email
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Receive, organize, scan, copy, and file client documents
- Maintain accurate electronic files
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist accountants and other team members with administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment
- Learn and utilize various office and accounting-related software
- Take on a variety of responsibilities and assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
