RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises a team of Export Customer Service Representatives who handle the daily supply chain customer service functions necessary to drive success for the Hormel Foods International business.
- Serves as the primary escalation point for complex customer service situations as they arise.
- Understands Hormel policies and business unit functions, to be able to resolve customer inquiries, while doing what’s best for Hormel Foods and the customer.
- Ensure all export shipments are compliant with U.S. and foreign government requirements including US government mandated entry of Electronic Export Information (EEI) in the US government Automated Export System (AES).
- Regularly reviews customer service processes to ensure we are being efficient and effective.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- 3 years of experience in supply chain customer service
- Proven experience in successfully managing, leading, and developing a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong Excel Skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with order processing systems, Oracle preferred.
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

- Demonstrated experience with exports, ordering processing, excel
- International customer service experience
- Bilingual.
LOCATION: Austin, MN – Global Headquarters
A comprehensive relocation package will be provided if needed.
Pay Range & Benefits:
At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $93,400 - $130,800 per year, and your actual base pay within that range will ,depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
