Technical Writer

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Writer, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our platform's documentation. This position offers flexibility with remote work options, ideally suited for candidates near Palo Alto.

Responsibilities

• Revise and update documentation to incorporate new features and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain consistency in style and presentation across all documentation.
• Create clear and concise technical content that simplifies complex information.
  
  
  

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in technical content writing.
• Proficiency in English writing.
• Experience with public cloud products, Oracle, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Oxygen XML Author or similar tools for DITA documentation.
• Ability to manage documentation using Git and GitHub.
