Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of projects affecting new consumer-facing payment products.
- Act as a bridge between External Payment Services and internal customers, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Define requirements, plan delivery, and design websites and features to support payment product initiatives.
- Provide escalation management, anticipate tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Collaborate with the site operations team to review CADs and ensure proper area usage for each business within the parent site.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to verify hardware blueprints and ensure necessary coverage.
- Manage installation timelines and communicate vendor and site installation needs effectively.
- Partner with stakeholders on tech simulations for IDF access and schedule post-installation environment validation.
- Work with procurement to manage hardware needs by site.
- 3-5 years of industry experience in construction management/administration or as a technical lead.
- Proven track record of successful software product delivery from conception to deployment.
- Strong ability to drive deployment of new products by working on the business side of projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different groups within an organization.
- Previous experience with Amazon is a bonus.
- Background in construction management/administration or project/program management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAD.
