Responsibilities
- Drive project scope and timelines to align with business objectives.
- Facilitate Agile practices by organizing sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Mentor team members on Agile methodologies and Scrum techniques.
- Act as the liaison for external communications, engaging with stakeholders and customers.
- Work with product owners to effectively manage backlogs and new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and eliminate obstacles to maintain team progress.
- Encourage development teams to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity and ownership.
- Partner with digital business collaborators to create product roadmaps and launch features.
- Analyze data insights to steer product decisions and improve user experience.
- 3 years in a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner role.
- Strong grasp of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills focused on servant leadership.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.
- Outstanding organizational capabilities and keen attention to detail.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- Certification in Scrum Master or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and engagement with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to translate product vision into actionable requirements and user stories.
