Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of Real-Time Payments and Zelle transaction processing within the Money Movement Platform.
- Lead a team in creating requirements, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Manage the product backlog and collaborate with various stakeholders to align on product vision and priorities.
- Facilitate communication across departments regarding product development and performance metrics.
- Present product updates and strategies to peers and senior leadership, fostering collaborative discussions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of experience in product management, particularly within payments and financial services.
- Strong understanding of Real-Time Payments, Zelle, and ISO payment standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams in an agile environment and manage complex programs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience with product development in an Agile setting.
- Background in competitive market analysis and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems and related technologies.
