Technical Product Owner - Web Application Dev

Join our team as a Technical Product Owner, where you'll lead a dynamic Scrum Team to create cutting-edge web applications. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at merging business objectives with technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release strategies.
• Create and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure maximum business value is delivered.
• Act as the advocate for customers and end-users throughout the development process.
• Coordinate with developers, UX designers, QA, and Scrum Masters to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage in technical discussions with partners and clients to enhance product offerings.
  
  
  

Skills

• 3 years of experience in a Product Owner role or similar within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong knowledge of Angular front-end frameworks and Java-based RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Proven ability to translate business needs and UX designs into technical requirements.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience with Workday Configuration and integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in a cloud-native environment like AWS or Azure.
