- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic business objectives and technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release strategies.
- Create and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure maximum business value is delivered.
- Act as the advocate for customers and end-users throughout the development process.
- Coordinate with developers, UX designers, QA, and Scrum Masters to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage in technical discussions with partners and clients to enhance product offerings.
- 3 years of experience in a Product Owner role or similar within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong knowledge of Angular front-end frameworks and Java-based RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Proven ability to translate business needs and UX designs into technical requirements.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience with Workday Configuration and integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience in a cloud-native environment like AWS or Azure.
- Insurance industry experience, particularly with Disability and Life products.
