Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure vision execution through backlog items.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing alignment with company goals and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create detailed user stories for API development and facilitate agile ceremonies to deliver impactful features.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and streamline deliverables.
- Engage with data stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure products meet business objectives.
Skills
- Strong background in product ownership and enterprise application integration, ideally within HRIS or insurance sectors.
- Proficiency in writing technical documentation for APIs and data transformation workflows.
- Excellent grasp of data lineage and processing stages.
- Exceptional communication abilities to effectively engage diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with platforms like Workday, ADP, or cloud-native environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and methodologies.
- Background in data governance and quality management.
- Holding an Agile certification would be advantageous.
