- Craft comprehensive Business Requirement Documents to guide project development.
- Support the creation of Technical Design and Data Lineage Documents, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to business requirements and coordinating release schedules.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews and meetings to gather and refine project requirements.
- Manage JIRA tickets, tracking issues and coordinating resolutions.
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in agile settings for 4 years.
- Strong background in data analysis and troubleshooting, with a focus on writing technical documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate meetings and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with SQL databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong facilitation skills to drive productive meetings and collaborative work sessions.
