Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive test strategies and governance across various projects.
- Serve as the primary accountability figure for test readiness and release approvals.
- Guide and manage offshore QA teams and vendor collaborations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to ensure quality outcomes.
- Provide clear status updates, risk assessments, and executive-level communications.
- Implement testing standards and drive continuous improvements in quality and automation.
Skills
- Extensive experience in QA leadership roles, particularly in Salesforce testing environments.
- Proven track record in managing portfolio-level testing across multiple releases.
- Strong understanding of QA governance, metrics, and enterprise testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Jira/X-Ray and automation tools like Playwright, Appium, and Karate.
- Experience with API and ETL testing using tools such as Apigee and Informatica.
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools like Copilot.
