What are the responsibilities and job description for the ID Card Specialist position at Horizontal Talent?
Required to support the annual influx of ID card volume associated with enrollment. Responsibilities include ID full end to end card processing which includes card build / setup testing and quality, card testing, identification of errors within the process and the associated remediation steps / documentation. These seasonal contractors are critical for timely and accurate generation of ID cards and collateral which corresponds to very tight contractual and/or regulatory timeframes. Risk of not hiring would be missing employer and regulatory ID card shipping deadlines, associated performance guarantee misses and regulatory fines. As this is seasonal work that cannot be absorbed within the existing team, these resources have been part of our annual forecast for the past several years.
Key Skills:
- MS Excel – Good experience (must have)
- Macros
- Pivot Tables
- Analytical
- Strong attention to detail
- Great if they have past experience generating ID cards (not required)
- College degree is a plus but not required
