Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile, web, and API applications
• Leverage SalesForce platform expertise to ensure thorough testing of integrations and customizations
• Manage and track defects, test cases, and test execution using Jira and XRay
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Karate, Appium, and Playwright
• Participate in requirements analysis and design reviews to provide quality assurance perspective
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the organization
• Communicate test results, quality metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally with product, development, and business teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies
Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of SalesForce platform and ecosystem
• Proficiency in mobile application testing across iOS and Android platforms
• Strong expertise in web application testing methodologies
• Advanced API testing capabilities and understanding of RESTful services
• Expert-level proficiency with Jira for project management and defect tracking
• Hands-on experience with XRay test management tool
• Test automation experience with Karate framework for API testing
• Knowledge of Appium for mobile test automation
• Familiarity with Playwright for web application automation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong documentation abilities with attention to detail
• Demonstrated accountability and ownership of deliverables
• Proven ability to work effectively in team environments
• Experience collaborating across multiple departments and functions
Experience:
• 10-12 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Proven track record of testing enterprise-level applications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
