Sr. Associate - Sales Enablement, RFPs, Proposals

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Associate in Sales Enablement, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling proposals and supporting our healthcare sales efforts. This remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to the success of multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage RFP/proposal responses and sales collateral with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with opportunity owners and solution architects to define strategies and key messages.
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather and synthesize information for proposals.
• Lead the management of multiple proposal projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate with internal business units to ensure alignment and approval.
• Mentor and train team members, contributing to team initiatives and success.
  
  
  

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for collaboration.
• Proven experience in managing and writing proposals, with a keen eye for detail and deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Formal training in proposal writing, such as Shipley Proposal Management.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Creative Suite and Salesforce.
