Responsibilities
- Collaborate with copywriters to conceptualize and design customer-facing campaigns that are on-brand and drive results.
- Create static, motion, and video assets tailored to various digital platforms and audience behaviors.
- Develop modular design systems and templates for frequent iteration and creative refresh across multiple advertising channels.
- Research and stay updated on trends and topics relevant to key audiences globally.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure creative deliverables align with strategic goals.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders, providing insights to support decision-making.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Art Director role within an in-house creative team or agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, digital performance work, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with basic motion design tools.
- Solid understanding of best practices for mobile-first digital marketing.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience with light animation for digital advertising.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
