Senior Sales Partner

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Partner to lead revenue strategy and execution in the exciting realm of live combat sports. This role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategies and drive impactful sales initiatives in a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to enhance revenue for live combat sports events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and advertisers aligned with combat sports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Evaluate and refine existing sales approaches to identify high-value advertiser segments.
• Educate clients on packaging and pitching combat sponsorships, fostering strategic partnerships.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ad sales strategy, with a focus on combat sports.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and owning sales processes in a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of the TV/CTV ecosystem and how it intersects with combat sports.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of connecting technical and commercial teams.
