Senior Programs Operations Manager, Global Events

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Programs Operations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and activating event partnerships, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of program plans for select event partnerships.
• Design and implement operational systems to enhance partnership effectiveness.
• Oversee tracking and reporting for event partnership programs and strategic initiatives.
• Manage relationships with event partners, ensuring alignment with brand priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance and best practices.
• Deliver training and support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with leadership, providing updates on key metrics and findings.
  
  
  

Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project or program management.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
