Recruiting Coordinator

Join a fast-paced recruiting team as a Recruiting Coordinator, where you will play a key role in keeping hiring processes organized, efficient, and candidate-friendly. This hybrid opportunity offers the chance to support interview scheduling, recruiting administration, and team operations while helping create a polished and welcoming experience for every candidate and hiring partner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and manage scheduling details with accuracy and urgency
• Provide administrative support for applicant tracking system tasks, including iCIMS updates and related recruiting workflows
• Support recruiting operations by helping maintain candidate communications and process organization
• Partner with the recruiting team to keep hiring activity moving smoothly and on schedule
• Assist with day-to-day team priorities and other recruiting-related tasks as needed
• Deliver a professional and responsive experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
• Work on-site in the Bolingbrook office six times per month, including every other Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  
  
  

Skills

• Experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Excellent attention to detail in scheduling, communications, and system updates
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and adapting to changing priorities
• Professional, responsive, and service-oriented approach
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with iCIMS is a plus

• Previous support experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition operations
