Responsibilities
- Lead the entire project lifecycle from planning through to post-implementation review.
- Act as an intermediary between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans using various tools to track progress and milestones.
- Communicate progress and risks clearly, fostering transparency and accountability among all parties.
- Secure resources by collaborating with resource managers for appropriate staffing.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and compile meeting minutes.
- Ensure rigorous testing and implementation processes are followed for successful project delivery.
- Mentor and motivate project teams, enhancing a culture of positive action and accountability.
- Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to capture lessons and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields.
- 4-6 years of hands-on project management experience with all aspects of process development and execution.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to handle scope changes, project risks, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, staying calm under pressure.
- Capability to work on multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience in the Finance or Brokerage industry.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience with Smartsheet.
- Familiarity with system development methodologies.
