- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and device certifications across various regions.
- Handle specialized shipping requirements for battery and non-battery devices.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance processes and reporting, demonstrating flexibility in managing schedules and limited travel.
- 5 years of international logistics experience, particularly in managing shipments from the US/Asia to global markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and JIRA.
- Strong understanding of trade compliance and device certifications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in B2B logistics and knowledge of battery-based device shipping regulations.
- Logistics certifications (e.g., CLTD, CTSI) and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like atmosphere and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
