Project Manager / Data Analyst

Join our dynamic team as a Project/Program Manager I, where you'll play a pivotal role in building and implementing a cutting-edge research impact measurement system. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a talented team and drive innovation in research analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement infrastructure and standard operating procedures for a new research impact measurement system.
• Collaborate with the team to roll out a three-layer classification model across all active projects, ensuring high-quality data capture.
• Work with developers to create custom Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows for effective portfolio analytics.
• Design data models to support real-time dashboards and self-service reporting, eliminating manual data processing.
• Test and validate the system across the 2025 project portfolio to demonstrate return on investment.
  
  
  

Skills

• Proven experience in business analytics or program/product management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly with pivot tables.
• Demonstrated ability in data analytics, including organizing, cleaning, and interpreting data.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
