Responsibilities
- Guide product teams in preparing APIs for launch, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
- Facilitate a seamless partner experience by addressing documentation and support gaps.
- Implement standards and controls to mitigate risks related to API compliance and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate enterprise expectations into actionable guidance.
- Streamline and automate launch requirements to accelerate time to market.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience working with APIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience with performance testing, API governance, and developer portals.
- Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation and design.
- Technical writing experience, particularly in defining workflows and procedures.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
