- Ensure efficient documentation and workflow management for effective operations.
- Extensive expertise in ServiceNow, focusing on Software Asset Management.
- Proficient in software licensing and asset tracking.
- Adept at documenting and interpreting license agreements.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to operate within structured processes and workflows seamlessly.
- Experience with software audit processes.
- Certification in ServiceNow SAM Pro is advantageous.
