Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for aggregation launch workstreams, serving as the coordination layer between strategy and execution
- Build and maintain operating rhythms for launch planning, including recurring meetings, sub-workstream check-ins, and escalation paths
- Create and manage shared project tools such as trackers, milestone plans, workback schedules, and stakeholder maps
- Partner across product, marketing, and business teams to align priorities and keep deliverables on track
- Track progress, identify risks early, and help resolve cross-team dependencies to support timely execution
- Develop clear internal communications that keep both working teams and leadership informed on status, milestones, and challenges
- Support organized decision-making by translating complex, evolving information into practical next steps
- Help teams stay accountable to timelines and outcomes without relying on formal authority
- Strong experience in program management, project coordination, or a similar cross-functional role
- Ability to quickly learn business, product, and marketing context and turn it into structured execution plans
- Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Skilled at breaking down complex problems into clear, executable tasks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority
- Focused on outcomes and able to keep work centered on what needs to land
- Experience supporting go-to-market planning or launch execution
- Familiarity with building operating systems, trackers, and workback plans for large cross-functional initiatives
- Comfort working with leadership stakeholders and contributing to executive-level communications
- Ability to bring structure to complex programs while helping others stay aligned and productive
