Test Lead/ Test Coordinator

Join a dynamic data supply chain team as a Test Lead / Test Coordinator, where you’ll bring structure, visibility, and strong follow-through to testing across multiple projects and environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating across technical and business teams, improving testing consistency, and helping drive high-quality delivery with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting across multiple projects, releases, and environments.
• Track test readiness, dependencies, environment availability, and downstream impacts to keep testing on course.
• Partner with project managers, technical leads, testers, and business stakeholders to confirm test coverage aligns with scope.
• Monitor execution progress, blocked testing, defects, retesting needs, and open risks.
• Support the creation and organization of test plans, test cases, and test scripts with strong attention to traceability and completeness.
• Coordinate defect triage, follow-up, and retesting to help issues move through resolution efficiently.
• Maintain accurate testing status, issues, and follow-ups in Jira or similar tools.
• Provide clear, fact-based updates on progress, blockers, risks, and decision points.
• Identify gaps, conflicts, and opportunities to improve the testing lifecycle.
• Help strengthen repeatable testing processes, governance routines, dashboards, and reporting practices.
  
  
  

Skills

• Experience in test coordination, test lead, quality assurance, technology delivery, or project execution roles.
• Strong understanding of test planning, test case management, execution tracking, defect management, retesting, and completion reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or a similar project tracking tool.
• Ability to manage multiple test cycles, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders at once.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and incomplete coverage.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to summarize status, issues, and risks effectively.
• Self-directed approach with strong organization and follow-through.
• Comfort working with technical teams, project managers, application owners, testers, and downstream consumers.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate reporting.
• Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and think beyond the obvious test scenarios.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise data, data integration, batch processing, interface testing, or downstream data consumption.
• Background coordinating testing across multiple applications, workstreams, or environments.
• Familiarity with test dashboards, execution metrics, and defect aging reporting.
• Experience supporting integration testing, regression testing, release testing, or production readiness validation.
• Ability to document testing strategies, operating models, process flows, or governance routines.
• Interest in automation opportunities related to test execution, reporting, or evidence capture.
• Understanding of data movement, upstream/downstream dependencies, job execution, and operational impacts.
• Experience using SQL, GCP, and Python to support analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and testing activities.
