Responsibilities

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in designing retail experiences, particularly in areas like loyalty, replenishment, or returns.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and iterative design processes to optimize user experiences.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Comfort with adopting new technologies and AI-powered tools to enhance design workflows.
