Responsibilities
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements and execute programs effectively.
- Serve as a central point of communication for supply chain decisions and feedback during program changes.
- Integrate inputs from Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, and Finance to guide decisions that enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Execute strategies for cost reduction, considering total cost of ownership including logistics and tariffs.
- Maintain stewardship over supply chain requirements throughout various phases, including post-launch adjustments.
- Lead root cause analyses and process improvements to ensure continuous operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing and multi-stakeholder supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills for transforming data from various sources into actionable insights.
- Skillful in managing supplier relationships and tracking performance.
- Competent in presenting and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Experience within robotics or electromechanical industries.
- Advanced degree, such as an MBA or MS in related fields.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP and PLM tools.
- Proven track record in leading initiatives for cost reduction and optimizing lead times.
- Experience in risk mitigation and scenario planning in supply chains.
