Procurement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager to lead our procurement activities and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within our organization while working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for procurement activities across various projects and business lines.
• Identify sourcing opportunities and develop effective sourcing strategies to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Manage the execution and implementation of procurement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conducting performance reviews to optimize supplier performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define procurement needs and aggregate requirements for better outcomes.
• Provide education and guidance to stakeholders on procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Analyze spend data and process metrics to recommend improvements and drive cost savings.
  
  
  

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a procurement management role.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of purchasing contracts and terminology.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in marketing procurement is a plus.
• Familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement systems.
