Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions tailored for healthcare applications.
- Work closely with clinicians and technical teams to transform business needs into actionable data insights.
- Create predictive models using advanced statistical and data mining techniques.
- Design and execute experiments for model validation and optimization.
- Lead large-scale analytics projects and provide expert guidance to teams.
- Communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Oversee data management, extraction, and analysis processes.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Health Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data science, AI, or machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data and Epic EHR data structures.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering insights from large datasets.
- PhD in a relevant field with additional data science experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in AI or analytics projects.
- Expertise in Epic data mapping and transformation.
- Epic certification or experience with approved implementers.
