Principal Content Strategist

We are seeking a talented Principal Website Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and advancing our digital content strategy, ensuring our online presence effectively communicates our values and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of website content structures to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Develop and manage high-quality, evidence-based healthcare content that builds credibility and trust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement a comprehensive content strategy.
• Conduct content gap analyses to inform recommendations for content development and organization.
• Optimize content for search behavior, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
• Influence stakeholders and guide decisions on content initiatives without direct authority.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 7 years in relevant fields, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• Proven expertise in website content strategy within large, complex environments.
• Strong understanding of content architecture and user experience mapping.
• Ability to lead complex projects with significant business impact independently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading content strategy for large-scale website restructures.
• Familiarity with healthcare buyer journeys and regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of AI-driven search behavior and content optimization techniques.
• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Manager.
