Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to meet business needs.
- Utilize Power Automate to enhance data workflows and automate processes.
- Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer for implemented solutions.
- Adhere to organizational governance and data privacy standards throughout all projects.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Experience with data integration from platforms such as Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and other data sources.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices.
