Responsibilities
- Develop and manage creative marketing campaigns for awards such as Oscars and Guilds across print, outdoor, digital, TV, and radio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Coordinate with external creative agencies to deliver top-tier campaigns.
- Lead cross-functional teams to strategize and execute award campaigns effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
- Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years in entertainment marketing.
- Ability to strategize and execute innovative creative campaigns across multiple media formats.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various teams and agencies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High energy and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with FYC campaigns and familiarity with the awards industry.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities to foster collaboration and campaign success.
- Proactive self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for film, series, and entertainment creative.
