Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Adobe Workfront solutions that support project and workflow needs.
- Build and optimize workflows, templates, request queues, custom forms, and related platform settings.
- Develop integrations with other systems, including using Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards that provide useful insights for stakeholders.
- Support system administration tasks such as user access, security settings, data governance, and platform health.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and improve adoption.
- Document configurations, processes, and system updates to support long-term maintainability.
- Take part in an in-person coding assessment as part of the interview process.
- Hands-on experience building solutions in Adobe Workfront.
- Strong background in workflows, forms, reporting, and system administration.
- Experience with Workfront Fusion and related integration tools.
- Ability to code and support technical problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a hybrid onsite environment in Atlanta, with onsite presence required 3 to 4 days per week.
- Experience supporting business process improvement and solution adoption.
- Experience with AEM platform development.
- Background with Adobe products or marketing technology platforms.
- Experience in banking or financial services environments.
- Familiarity with project management operations and workflow optimization.
- Ability to create clear documentation and train users on system processes.
