Responsibilities

• Create engaging and interactive e-learning modules and multimedia content to promote security awareness.
• Utilize instructional design models and adult learning theories to develop compelling training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is relevant and addresses evolving security threats.
• Incorporate gamification elements to boost employee engagement and learning outcomes.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and refine content based on feedback and data.

• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and curriculum development.
