- Lead the transformation and documentation of existing applications and processes.
- Act as the primary consultant for onboarding applications, ensuring they align with future-state requirements.
- Facilitate review sessions, document any gaps, and effectively track remediation plans.
- Assist in mapping current workflows to future enterprise architecture standards.
- Manage change processes in collaboration with product teams.
- 5-7 years of experience in quality/testing, IT processes, SDLC governance, or IT PMO.
- Proficiency in tools such as Qtest and JIRA.
- Strong skills in process planning, business analysis, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Management.
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
