Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in enterprise project management and technology modernization.
• Proficiency in hybrid Agile methodologies and Agile event facilitation.
• Experience in large-scale application migration and systems integration projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Planner Premium, JIRA, and M365 tracking tools.
• Experience with PMP and Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe, or DASM.
• Experience in government procurement policies, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Direct complex application migration and modernization initiatives across multiple business domains.
• Lead Agile events including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Develop and deliver strategic executive-level updates and portfolio presentations.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical delivery teams, product owners, and business leaders.
• Manage project lifecycles to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and defined timelines.
• Oversee compliance with fiscal regulations, state policies, and contractual obligations.
• Mentor junior project managers and staff to enhance organizational delivery excellence.
