Jr. Service Analyst

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage incoming correspondence, including mail, faxes, and emails, ensuring proper assignment to teams.
• Index documents into the system to maintain accurate records and facilitate easy access.
• Review contract data for accuracy and completeness, preparing necessary correspondence for participants.
• Monitor timelines for responses and follow up to ensure timely communication.
• Assist participants with inquiries, providing clear and professional responses.
• Support the team in locating missing participants and uncashed checks as needed.
• Maintain detailed records in workflow systems and participant files.
  
  
  

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work remotely using VPN.
• Ability to adapt quickly and maintain focus on repetitive tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Prior corporate experience is advantageous but not required.
