We are searching for an experienced IT Support Specialist based in New York City. This role will largely be supporting the engineering and operations locally in NYC as well as remotely across the US, Mexico, and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support across the US, Mexico, and Eastern Europe.
- Manage and troubleshoot Apple and Windows products, including desktop and laptop hardware.
- Deploy and image laptops and desktops utilizing standard deployment tools.
- Assist with AV system setup and support for meetings and events.
- Administer software services like Okta and Google applications.
- Address support requests personally and via ticketing systems.
- Maintain inventory control for hardware and software resources.
- Collaborate and escalate issues to streamline user experience.
- Strong experience with IT support roles and ticket-based systems.
- Proficiency in Apple and Windows enterprise management tools.
- Solid problem-solving skills with macOS troubleshooting expertise.
- Knowledge of basic to intermediate networking concepts.
- A service-oriented attitude with proven customer service skills.
- Experience managing Windows devices with enterprise tools.
- Understanding of ITIL Service Desk software and Confluence.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment as required.
- Background in customer experience enhancement.
