Intermediate SME

Join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master, where you'll play a pivotal role in guiding Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in adopting Agile methodologies to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Manage backlog and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Identify and resolve obstacles that may impede team progress.
• Coach team members on Agile principles to foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to effectively plan current and future work.
  
  
  

Skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in an Agile setting.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to engage and motivate teams towards self-organization and improvement.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and conflict management.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Agile methodologies such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
• Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS.
• Familiarity with Agile tools and techniques, including User Stories and Continuous Integration.
