Integrated Project Manager – Creative & Events

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Project Manager to oversee complex, cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to manage creative and event initiatives while collaborating with diverse teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily project workflow for creative and event initiatives, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Facilitate collaboration across design, content, production, and event teams to drive project success.
• Manage the lifecycle of internal and external experiences, including activations and events.
• Oversee production timelines for creative assets, ensuring alignment with project briefs.
• Communicate effectively with all project contributors, translating briefs into actionable plans.
• Monitor budgets and resources, recommending adjustments as necessary to maintain project integrity.
  
  
  

Skills

• 5 years of project management experience in a creative or event-focused environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and navigate project complexities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Airtable.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with creative workflows and software like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience in event logistics and vendor management.
