Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team for a 7 month contract. This role involves creating high-quality documents for print and digital distribution while ensuring adherence to design standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and publish instructions for use and other essential documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changes in scope and priorities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address project needs and resolve any issues that arise.
• Review and incorporate feedback from peers to enhance document quality and layout.
• Conduct self-reviews to guarantee that all content aligns with established design standards.
  
  
  

Skills

• Proficiency in desktop publishing and layout design, with strong attention to detail.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat, within a MacOS environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate collaboration with team members.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the medical device industry, particularly in developing labeling and instructional materials.
• Familiarity with maintaining large documents within InDesign, utilizing tools like the Book tool and styles.
