- Produce press-ready files efficiently, ensuring high quality under tight deadlines.
- Provide clear direction to the Studio team for seamless execution of design elements.
- Adapt to changing business needs while supporting the overall brand vision.
- Proven experience in retail design with a knack for creating impactful visual solutions.
- Ability to translate complex information into clean, clear designs with strong hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities independently.
- Experience with omni-channel design approaches.
- Strong typography and layout skills for visually stunning designs.
- Familiarity with design systems and adherence to brand standards.
