Email Campaign Manager

We are seeking an experienced Email Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative email marketing campaigns while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of email campaigns from concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop compelling campaign content and goals.
• Manage the mapping of creative assets to data requirements, delivering necessary materials to the development team.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews, gathering feedback and managing approval workflows for campaign readiness.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices while monitoring timelines and milestones.
• Act as a subject matter expert on email marketing best practices and performance optimization.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  
  
  

Skills

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in project and channel management, particularly in email marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Thorough understanding of interactive marketing, including email performance metrics and compliance regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML.
• Experience in the financial services industry or related fields is a plus.
