- Develop and execute change management strategies for product launches.
- Support the creation and maintenance of user documentation and training materials.
- Engage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address stakeholder needs.
- Manage status reporting on business initiatives and communicate updates to leadership.
- Lead the evolution of internal digital resources to improve user adoption and satisfaction.
- 5 years of experience in digital product management or project management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and eLearning tools.
- Experience in Corporate or Commercial banking segments.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and self-driven approach.
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across various functions.
