Responsibilities
- Design and implement data models to accurately represent organizational data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure models meet business and technical needs.
- Maintain a central data dictionary and enforce data standards.
- Optimize data infrastructure performance and ensure data is stored securely and efficiently.
- Develop solutions for data integration across systems and perform reverse engineering when necessary.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through validation and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to meet data requirements.
- Troubleshoot data infrastructure issues and perform regular maintenance.
- Proven experience in data modeling and process flow design.
- Strong AWS expertise, including Redshift and Medallion Architecture.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Dataiku.
- Experience with entity-relationship diagrams and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services such as AWS or Azure.
- Background in data governance and data quality concepts.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of technical requirements and systems relevant to Combat Vehicles.
